Description
This warehouses are located in Mbagala, Dar es Salaam. Mbagala is strategically located south of Dar es Salaam’s Central Business District and east of the Julius Nyerere International Airport. The five warehouses cover five acres with the warehouses covering a total of 2,900 square meters. In addition to the warehouses there are office space available in two separate blocks. Furthermore there are communal kitchens and washrooms for all the residents. There is also a two bedroom apartment for anyone needing the living space it provides. The asking price is USD 4 per square meter per month. Rent for office space and apartment (if needed) comes separately.
Additionally there is total of 7,000 square meters of space available for parking. This provides an efficient and smooth handling of loading and unloading of trucks.
